Some Helpful Tips When Placing an Order with Us

Use the Spot, Nearby or Forward Purchase Programs
Availability of coffee changes frequently so we try to anticipate our client’s request and have ready inventory for those… “Needed it yesterday" request!
While it is our objective to keep a ready inventory of select coffees, it also would be advantageous, to you the buyer, to place orders in advance with us of your expected needs. Easier said than done right ?! Once contacting us, together, we can formulate a strategy for your production needs ahead of time.

Remember, No Minimum Purchases
We have no minimum purchase requirements other than full bag increments. Our interest, depending upon the needs of our clients, is to provide from single bags to container quantity spreads. (For certain origins it maybe possible to still purchase “less-than-full” bag, as we are happy to direct you to our smaller quantity buyer program contact us for further details.)

A Simple and Customized Pricing Strategy
Pricing and the ICE - Coffee “C” futures market, can be volatile at times given world events, the physical nature of the environment and overall market conditions. Removing some of the unknown variables involved we feel is sound business strategy. One of those variables of course is cost. We like to keep things simple by outright pricing per pound basis, but if your needs require, we have both the expertise and flexibility to utilize the coffee futures market and hedging as an instrument for proper purchasing and vending strategy on a volume basis. Please contact us for prevailing coffee price quotes on both the physical as well as the futures market.

Make Payments
Once we have received and approved your Credit Application, established a positive payment history we may extend credit terms accordingly. More favorable terms can be granted based upon payment, credit history and contract performance.

Timely payments can be made in the form of cash, cashiers check, bank check and wire-transfers among others.

Please note a finance charge of 1.5% per month will be applied to all delinquent accounts should they occur.
